Refund Policy

Transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do at Litrix Media.

At Litrix Media, we value your trust and work hard to deliver high-quality digital marketing, creative, and technology services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. No Refund on Completed Services

Refunds cannot be issued once a service has been fully delivered, completed, or the final deliverables have been shared. This applies to services such as marketing campaigns, social media management, SEO, website development, content creation, and media production.

2. Refund Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Administrative, consultation, and payment processing charges will be deducted.

3. Non-Refundable Components

Certain services and expenses cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including consultation fees, strategic research, purchased third-party tools, ad spend on platforms, and pre-booked production or creative resources.

4. Dissatisfaction or Revision Requests

If you are not satisfied with the output, Litrix Media provides revisions as per the agreed scope of work. However, dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences does not qualify for a refund.

5. Delays Due to Client

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, late communication, or client-side changes do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

6. Project Termination by Client

If a project is terminated midway by the client, the refund—if applicable—will be calculated based on the amount of work completed up to that point.

7. Project Termination by Litrix Media

In rare cases where Litrix Media discontinues a project due to internal reasons, an appropriate refund will be processed based on remaining deliverables.

8. Contact for Refund Requests

To request a refund or discuss eligibility, please contact our support team at support@litrixmedia.com. Our team will review your request within 3–5 working days.
